Welcome!

Bradshaw Mountain Wildlife Association (BMWA) was founded in 1995 as a Non-Profit corporation dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of injured, orphaned and abused wildlife.

We are licensed by the Arizona Game and Fish Department. Rescue activities are initiated after receiving notice from the Game and Fish Department, Local Police, Fire Departments or from concerned citizens.

We respond to calls 7 days a week.

As Wildlife Rehabilitators, our primary and ultimate goal is to release wildlife back to their natural environments. At times, however, this may not be possible due to the nature of the injury or other determining factors. Our job in these situations is to give that animal as comfortable a life as possible. Some of these animals become ambassadors for their species and become part of our educational programs.

Although not originally intended for domestic animals, we have found that animals in need seem to find their way to us. Many of these animals have suffered some sort of abuse or are simply abandoned.
